the one!

hooray!

good news! kodey and i have narrowed down our choices from all the apartments we've looked at and i think we've found it! it has everything we want: backyard, hardwood, double bathroom sinks. perf. 

while on our final hunt today i noticed a cute decor idea. 

i love how the pillows make the couch feel like three separate seats. i think this will make guests feel more comfortable, especially if there are multiple that don't know each other well.
